CCIE Service Provider v3.0 Exams Released
On April 18, 2011, Cisco will release updated v3.0 CCIE Service Provider Written and Lab Exams in all testing locations worldwide and simultaneously retire the v2.0 exams. Candidates scheduled to take exams on or after April 18, 2011 should expect to be tested on the CCIE SP v3.0 Written Exam and CCIE SP v3.0 Lab Exam Topics, which were released in October 2010 and are significantly different from the v2.0 exams.
The updated 3.0 exams will cover configuration and optimization of IP core technologies, aggregation and edge technologies, and remote access technologies—all of which are key to service provider infrastructures. The exams will also cover managing services for voice, video, and security traversing the core IP network. Learn more at Cisco Learning Network

Register today for this Cisco Support Community live webcast.
Please join us on April 19 at 2:00 a.m. EST for this live, interactive event.
Ankur Bajaj, a senior customer support engineer working with the security team at the Cisco TAC in Bangalore, will present and reply to questions about Network Admission Control (NAC). During the live event, he will give information about NAC components and how they fit together in inband, virtual gateway, and Layer 2 deployments, with authentication that can be set up locally with Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) or RADIUS. In addition, he will address typical troubleshooting issues and some best practices.
NAC is a technology framework that allows network access only to the compliant and trusted PC and actions on the non-compliant PC. Therefore, it goes beyond identity checking and makes the network resistant to attacks. Register now
